Uses |
Helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia and Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C deficiency. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. An antioxidant for maintenance of good health.

Warnings |
Do not use • except under the care of a physician • for prolonged time unless instructed by physician • if foil under cap is broken or missing. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you •are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or when taking medication • have peptic ulcer, regional enteritis and/or ulcerative colitis. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience symptoms of iron toxicity such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hematemesis (vomiting of blood), and diarrhea.
